Where We Deliver
We deliver across Mainland UK and Northern Ireland, excluding offshore islands.

- Minimum order is £300, excluding sample doors.
- Orders over £500 get free delivery.
- Need to add something? You have 48 hours from your order confirmation to add items — log in and place an additional order and we'll ship everything together at no extra delivery cost.
- Sample doors can be ordered at any time with no minimum order and free delivery.
Order Confirmation & Changes
As soon as you place your order, you'll get a confirmation email detailing what you've ordered and how much it costs. Please double-check everything!
If something looks off, let us know right away — ideally within 24 hours — and we'll help fix it before it goes into production. Once an item is in production, it can't be changed or cancelled. ALL DOORS, DRAWERS AND ACCESSORIES ARE MADE TO ORDER AND SO, ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Forgotten something? You have 48 hours from your order confirmation to add items — log in to your account, place an additional order, and we'll ship everything together at no extra delivery cost. After 48 hours, once production has started, any additions will be treated as a separate order and charged accordingly.
Any missed items will be subject to replacement cost PLUS the cost of delivery. We really don't want to have to charge extra delivery for any missed items. Unfortunately, that WILL be the case. So take the time to check your order, and check again.
All our kitchen components are made to order, so once they're in production, the full payment is non-refundable.
Lead Times
We typically work on a 15 (working) day turnaround from the time your order is confirmed. Around holiday times (like Summer, Christmas and Easter), things might slow down slightly due to supplier closures, but we'll always give you a heads-up with an estimated delivery date.
Because your order is made just for you (and not pulled off a warehouse shelf) it takes a little time to make sure everything's perfect. We promise it's worth the wait.
Delivery Day
On delivery day, someone (you or a trusted person) needs to be at the delivery address to:
- Sign for and accept the delivery
- Check the number of packages and the condition of the outer packaging
When you receive your order:
- Check the number of packages right away.
- Inspect the outer packaging. If it looks damaged, accept the delivery but sign as "packaging damaged" and snap a quick photo to send to us.
- Unbox and check your items within 72 hours (3 days). Let us know ASAP if something's missing or damaged — and include photos in your email. Send to contact@simplekitchenmakeover.co.uk with your name and order number.
Please don't drill, cut, or install anything until you've fully checked it over. We can't replace damaged items that have been altered after delivery.
Installers & Fitters
Don't book any installers or fitters until you've received and checked everything. We can't take responsibility for any costs related to tradespeople.
Delivery Details
- Delivery is made to your kerbside, driveway, or front door — not upstairs or into your home.
- We'll email you in advance with your confirmed delivery date once your order is ready to ship.
- If you'd prefer delivery on a specific day, or even a weekend, get in touch and we'll see what we can arrange.
- We only send out complete orders. If one part of your order (like handles or hinges) is delayed, we'll hold off a day or two so everything arrives together.
Trade Customers
If you're ordering on behalf of a customer, we can deliver straight to their home. Just add their mobile number in the order notes at checkout, and make sure they're expecting the delivery and understand they need to check and sign for it — just like above.
Returns & Damages
All of our doors, drawers and accessories are custom-made, which means they're made just for you and not eligible for return if you simply change your mind.
However, you can return or request a replacement if:
- The item is damaged in transit.
- You receive the wrong size, style, or colour.
- The item is faulty or not as described.
In these cases, just email us within 72 hours of delivery with photos and your order details. We'll sort it out as quickly as we can.
Items that have been altered (drilled, cut, etc.) after delivery can't be returned.
If you're returning stock components (like handles or hinges), you have 7 working days after delivery to let us know. You'll need to pay for return shipping, and a 25% restocking fee will apply.
Your Rights
Made-to-Measure items aren't covered by the usual 14-day return window under UK law, but you're still protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. That means:
- Items must be of satisfactory quality.
- Items must be fit for purpose.
- Items must match the description at purchase.
If anything doesn't meet those standards, we'll offer a refund, repair, or replacement.
We're proud to say that 98% of our orders go out on time and arrive in great condition — and we're here to help if something doesn't go to plan.
