Your questions, answered
Can I replace just my cabinet doors?
Yes, if your cabinets are in good shape. You can keep the cabinets, worktops and appliances, and only change the doors, drawer fronts and handles. Most people fit their new doors in a weekend.
Will the doors fit my cabinets?
Yes, every door is made to the sizes you give us, so it doesn't matter if your kitchen came from IKEA, Howdens, Magnet or B&Q. Add your hinge positions to your order and we'll drill the holes for free.
What if I measure wrong?
Measuring is easier than it looks. Our measuring guide takes you through every door and drawer front, one step at a time. Measuring each one twice helps you catch any mistakes. Your doors will be made to the sizes you supply, so we can't take back a door made to a wrong measurement, but if the mistake is ours, we replace it at our cost. No question.
How long will the doors last?
Our doors are 18mm MDF, wrapped in vinyl and sealed on every face and edge, and they come with a 6-year guarantee.
How long until my doors arrive?
About 15 working days from your order. It can take a little longer around Easter, the summer holidays and Christmas, and we'll tell you if it does. Before production we check every order and contact you if anything looks missing.
How much does delivery cost?
Free on orders of £500 and over, £40 from £125 to £499.99, and £25 under £125. Sample doors always come free. We deliver to mainland UK and Northern Ireland. Some Highland and Grampian postcodes need a quote, so call us before you order. We don't deliver to offshore islands.
What if something arrives damaged?
If something is damaged, missing or wrong, email us your order number with photos of the damage and we'll replace it or refund you. Don't drill, cut or fit anything until you've checked it, because we can't replace items that have been altered. See our delivery policy.
